Powdered cleaning product based on sodium carbonate and polyphosphates, with disinfectant and descaling action. Suitable for washing wine vessels in general, especially bottles and demijohns. Dissolved in water, it takes advantage of the aggressive action of the high PH, descaling the deposits and sediments of beer, wine, lees, casein, blood, etc. Also useful for removing labels.
