Medium-slow evaporation. Suitable for diluting anti-rust, synthetic, nitro-synthetic, oleo-synthetic (alkyd) enamels and varnishes and oil finishes. It gives excellent brushability and excellent brilliance to the film. It can be used with a brush, pad or immersion.
